A choice of lighter, gentle pressure to ease tension, improve circulation, calm the mind and body.
Other tiers are firmer pressure that works into muscle tension or deep firm targetting knots, chronic tension and muscle recovery.
Warm smooth stones are placed on and glided over the body to melt away tension, ease muscle stiffness and deepen relaxation.
A targetted massage focused on relieving chronic pain, muscle injury or mobility issues. Provided off-site by a partner licensed massage therapist.
